Customer: “Master Card.”
Me: “Oh, no, I’m sorry. I am looking for the human’s name that is on the card.”
Customer: “Capital One.”
Me: “No, not that one; the human’s name that is on the card.”
Customer: “I already told you, it’s Master Card!”
