Wishful Hearing

(My girlfriend and I are laying in bed together, cuddling up, and discussing our relationship.)

Girlfriend: “I’m so happy with you. You’re so sweet and I feel I can tell you anything. You’re so great at listening!”

Me: “What?”

Girlfriend: “I’m so happy with–”

(I am grinning.)

Girlfriend: “Oh, you!”

Me: *laughing* “Oh, such a classic.”
