Which Craft?

I worked at Michael’s Arts and Crafts. A lady came up to me and asked me:

Customer: “Where’s the craft section?”

Me: “The… craft section?”

Customer: “You know the craft section. Like at Walmart.”

Me: “This whole store is a craft section. What were you looking for specifically?”

Customer: “The whole store? Oh, no, no, no, I don’t like that. I don’t like that at all.”

Me: “I can help if you tell me—”

Customer: “—I like it at Walmart because they got everything in one small place. I can see it all. You telling me the whole store is crafts? No, I don’t like that. I can’t see everything!”

Me: “I can show you where sections are if—”

Customer: *Walking out, muttering.* “—No, no, I don’t like this. I’m going to Walmart…”
