Me: *repeating* “3-7-V.”
Customer: “3-7-V!”
Me: *thinking I’ve misheard, correcting* “3-7-B?”
Customer: “3-7-V!”
Me: “…3-7-V? ‘V’ like ‘Victor’?”
Customer: “3-7-V! V! ‘V’ like ‘umbrella’!”
