What A Strange Little Tan-gent

A group of new workers walk by to the canteen. One woman with a clearly fake tan turns to a paler woman who’s happily chatting with someone else.

Tan Worker: “You know, you’re an inspiration.”

Pale Worker: “Wha—”

Tan Worker: “You’re so strong to be willing to let yourself be seen. I’d kill myself if I was as pale as you.”

Pale Worker: “Hmmm… Fortunately, I’m not so pathetically insecure. But thanks.”
