Customer: “I have a concern about water getting into the trunk of my vehicle!”
Me: “That sounds like a problem! When do you notice this happening?”
Customer: “When I open my trunk.”
Me: “And do you—”
Customer: “In the rain.”
I pause for a moment.
Me: “Specifically, you’re concerned that water gets into the trunk of the car when you open the trunk. In the rain.”
Customer: “Yes. Water gets in the trunk when the trunk is open in the rain. I am concerned!”
