Well, That ‘Fixes’ Everything

(My sister’s dog is getting on in years, and recently started having some incontinence problems. We are discussing possible solutions.)

Mom: “We could always buy him some diapers, that way he doesn’t make a mess in the house.”

Sister: “You can’t put him in diapers!”

Mom: *surprised* “Why not?”

Sister: “I’ve heard that putting diapers on male dogs can give them testicular cancer.”

Me: “He’s fixed! He doesn’t have any testicles!”
