Well, That Fixed Itself!
A lady orders a mocha, and I forget to add the mocha syrup. It’s a dumb mistake, so I fix it, of course. She puts it back on the bar a couple of minutes later.
Customer: “It doesn’t taste right; I want a new one.”
I don’t know what else I can do, but sure, I’ll make a new one. I get started on it and she goes to the restroom. She gets back from the restroom before I’m done making it but sees her old drink on the bar that I haven’t taken back yet.
Customer: “Ah, it looks better already!”
She takes a big gulp.
Customer: “Now see, that’s perfect!”
She left before I could tell her I hadn’t done a d*** thing.
