We Hope They Just Meant She’s Good At It… But We Have Doubts

As a cashier in a convenience store, my manager always asked me to sweep and mop the entire store — every time during my shift. I thought it was normal and that everyone did it, until [Manager] told another cashier:
Manager: “[My Name] is my favorite cleaning lady; that’s why I always have her do all of it.”
I quit a few days after that. I’m Latino.
