(I have recently started binge watching ‘True Blood,’ and am about to watch an episode, and since I’ve been in pain, my boyfriend has suggested that I take a bath. The following text conversation then takes place.)
Me: “I took your suggestion and am now sitting in the bathtub as it fills up and True Blood loads.”
Boyfriend: “At first glance I thought you were filling your bath tub with True Blood!”
Me: “I love you.”
Boyfriend: “I love you, too. I was about to say the blood of virgins works better.”
Me: “Duh. Everybody knows that. Do you think this is my first bloodbath or something?”
