War: What Is It Good For? Chocolate!

(Laura Secord is a Canadian folk hero. During the War of 1812, she learned that the Americans were plotting a surprise attack, so she made a dangerous trek through hostile territory to get to the British and warn them. Thanks to her intel, the British won the day. Of course, Canada honours her bravery by having a brand of chocolates named after her. In 2012, the Canadian government was commemorating the War of 1812 with a series of educational shorts that ran in movie theatres during the pre-show. I was seeing a movie with a bunch of my friends, when the educational short about Laura Secord came up. Afterwards, one of my friends turns to me and says:)

Friend: “So, wait. The chocolate lady was a soldier?”
