Caller: “Yeah, someone left me a voicemail. Can you transfer me?”
Me: “Did the person who left you the voicemail leave their name? Reason for the call? Any identifying information so I can direct your call accordingly?”
Caller: “Oh, you want me to listen to the whole message?”
