(I am in a 11th grade English class. There is a student in this class that is well known across the school for not being the brightest. The rest of the class is normally pretty good. Not this time:)
Teacher: *quoting from a book* “And at twilight…”
Student: “What’s twilight?”
Rest Of The Class: “Yeah, what IS twilight?”
Me: “It’s the time between night and day.”
Entire Class: “Wow! You really are a genius!”
(My teacher and I just sort of stared at each other and tried not to laugh and/or cry.)
