(I am at home when my dad is out of town, but my mom and sister are there. He talks to my mom, who says only hi, okay, love you, and bye, and gives the phone to my sister. They talk for a minute and then hang up.)
Sister: “Dad says ‘hi.'”
Me: *dramatic voice* “FATHER, WHY HAST THOU FORSAKEN ME?!”
