Holy Father Meets Dozy Father

(My dad has been watching religious type movies for half the evening, and has fallen asleep on the couch. No one in the family is religious; he just likes the older classic movies. When he wakes up, it’s now quite late, and I am sitting there watching the TV. He takes his water glass, walks over, and starts sprinkling it on my head.)

Me: “What are you doing?!”

Dad: “Baptizing you.”

Me: “Go back to sleep dad.”

Dad: “…Kay.”

(He puts the glass down and lies back down on the couch. We’re still not sure if he was even really awake at the time.)
