They Want Something From Nothing
I am twenty minutes into this call, trying to get my head around what she is asking.
Caller: “I don’t see why you just can’t do what I ask?”
Me: “I really am not sure what you want me to credit. We have never received any money from you.”
Caller: “You gave me a free trial worth fifteen dollars. I see that as a gift. I am not going to use that gift. So, I would just like the cash, instead.”
Me: “Wow… Really? You want me to give you cash instead of a free trial?”
Caller: “That’s what I have been saying. Can you do that now? I have wasted too much time with this.”
Me: “Okay… No. No way can I do that.”
Caller: “Fine.” *Click*
