Customer: “I need to return this AC unit! It’s leaking!”
Me: “Leaking… what?”
Customer: “It’s leaking all the cold water out!”
Me: “That’s just condensation; it means it’s working.”
Customer: “I don’t want it with the condensation! I just want it to suck all the heat out!”
No matter how I tried to describe it, I was left with just saying it’s “cold-air-making water” and that seemed to work.
