We Celebrate Antichristmas
High School | Learning
| March 19, 2015
(I overhear two 16-year-old students chatting during class.)
Student #1: “It’s exactly one month to Christmas today!”
Student #2: “Oh, really? My family doesn’t celebrate Christmas, though.”
Student #1: “How come?”
Student #2: “It’s because we’re… uh…”
Student #1: “You’re what?”
Student #2: “You know, we don’t believe in God. I don’t remember what it’s called… We’re…”
(She tries to think of the right word for a moment.)
Student #2: “…antichrist!”
(Student #1 didn’t seem to find anything strange about this.)
