Their Knowledge Of Physics Is Invisible

(I work at a well-known company that sells screen protectors for smartphones and tablets.)

Customer: “I bought this screen protector and it is not invisible.”

Me: “Yes, the product is physically not invisible but once it is applied to the device, you are not able to see it on the device. That is why we call it invisible.”

Customer: *getting upset* “I thought this thing would be completely invisible. This is false advertising. You should not be able to see it at all if you are going to call it invisible.”

Me: “I apologize for any misunderstanding, but it is physically impossible for something to be made invisible.”

(Customer hangs up.)

Me: *to my coworker* “This lady thought the product would be completely invisible. I just wanted to say to her ‘this isn’t Harry Potter!’”
