Customer: “I’m looking for a book. It has a tiger on the cover.”

My coworker immediately walks the customer over to Fiction and pulls out ‘Life of Pi’.

Customer: “Oh my God! That’s the one! Thank you!”

Me: *To coworker.* “How did you do that so fast?”

Coworker: “If you ever have a request vague enough that the answer could be either a book mentioned by Oprah or literally anything else, in this case a collection of poetry by William Blake, always go Oprah.”
