The Scientifically Mature Approach

(Two of my friends are working on a Physics web-assignment and discussing it on a group chat.)

Friend #1: “Oh my gosh, 12 is entirely in scientific notation.”

Friend #2: “It’s really easy, though. I promise.”

Me: “Just wait until you get to 1.2×10^1.”

Friend #2: “That’s just 12, tho— [My Name], shut up.”
