The Rock Versus The Bean

(I woke up this morning after a bad dream, a few hours before my husband wakes up, and I can’t go back to sleep. I’m still in bed, scanning the Internet on my phone, when he wakes up and he tells me that he had a bad dream that I broke up with him.)

Me: “I had a bad dream, too. I dreamt that Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson was torn in half by some weird bodybuilding machine they call ‘The Bean.’ His guts were spilling out and everything.”

(I’m relieved that Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson is in one whole piece. I’m sure my husband is similarly relieved that I haven’t divorced him.)
