Caller: “Fargo, North Dakota.”

Me: “And what business are you looking for?”

Caller: “[Popular Ice Cream Chain].”

Me: *looks in computer* “I’m sorry, I’m not seeing any such business in Fargo.”

Caller: “Then put me through to the mayor’s office so I can complain that there’s no [Popular Ice Cream Chain]!”

Me: *puts caller through, feeling sorry for the poor mayor*
