Customer: “You have any rooms for tonight?”
Me: *nods* “The rate’s $139.”
Customer: *evil eye* “That’s not what I asked you!”
Me: “Yes, we do have rooms and the rate’s $139.”
Customer: *rolls her eyes with an attitude and sighs* “Are you on booking-dot-com?”
Me: “I suppose.”
(She scrolled through her phone and saw us there, at the same rate, and reluctantly agreed to stay here.)
