Customer: “How do I connect my iPad to my router?”

Me: “What are you trying to do, exactly?”

Customer: “I have Internet at my house and I want to get it on my iPad.”

Me: “The easiest way to do that is to purchase a router and connect to it wirelessly.”

Customer: “I want to just connect it to my Internet because I don’t want the health problems that go along with wireless Internet.”

Me: “Your only other choice is to get the Internet built in and go through the cell towers and add it to your phone plans, but that would still be wireless.”

Customer: *getting angry* “Well, what tablets can you connect straight to the modem?”

Me: “Nothing I have here in the store will do that other than a computer, which you already have.”

Customer: *throwing a fit* “Well, we will just keep looking, then!”
