Taught About Some Scary Snuff
(I’m in a science classroom. The teaching instructor and teacher are talking about someone getting a driver’s license.)
Me: “I can get a driver’s license this year. I could already get it in the USA.” *turns to teacher* “Say, miss, weren’t you taught how to drive in the US?
Teacher: “Yes! They used to show us videos of real car accidents, with people getting killed.”
Me: “Like a snuff film?”
Teacher: “Yes!”
Teaching Assistant: “How do you know what snuff films are?”
Me: “Before I went to Florida, I looked up what went on there, and the theme parks often had Halloween themed events. One year it was themed around a director who made snuff films.”
Teaching Assistant: “Ooooookay.”
