We’re back at it again with another weirdly specific “holiday”! It’s National Houseplant Appreciation Day! I have a confession to make. I am a plant killer. I’ve even managed to kill a succulent, and I’m told that’s not easy to accomplish. It’s not that I forget to water them, or even that I overwater them. It’s starting to feel like they’re trying to spite me now.

Some people, though, have a green thumb, and any plant they touch seems to thrive just a little bit more. And I’m not bitter about those people. Nope.
