Spectacularly Stupid Self-Sabotage

I was working for a pretty famous electronics store in their computer department. This was at the height of the global health crisis. Masks were still mandatory where I live (and most customers complied).

This man came in wearing surgical gloves, a high-level mask, and a face shield. He was looking at some products, touching everything with a paper tissue in his hand. So far, he just seemed overcautious (and I actually appreciated it).

As I was approaching to offer some help, he lifted his face shield, pulled down his mask, and then proceeded to (very loudly) blow his nose into the tissue he was holding. Then, he coughed a couple of times before placing his PPE back in position and continuing to touch all the gadgets with said tissue.
