I work at a bank. A customer comes to me for help.
Customer: “I’m having trouble using mobile deposit on my phone. I lay the check down on my phone, but the screen won’t scan it!”
She was super nice, but it took everything I had not to laugh considering our online banking literally says to take pictures of the checks.
