Some Of Us Need To Self-Check In On Our Mothers
My mom is sadly one of those problem customers you read about on this site. We’ve tried to make her see the error of her ways, but sometimes her bad habits materialize in unexpected ways.
We’re at the self-checkout and at the end of the experience the machine asks you to rate your experience. Instead of just pressing which smiley face best represented her experience, she goes to find the worker overseeing the self-checkout lane.
Mom: *Sarcastically.* “It asks me to rate the experience, am I supposed to grade myself on how good I did your job for you?”
Thanks, Mom. Another grocery store I’ll be embarrassed about going to for months…
