Smooth, Of Coarse!

(I had a dream about an extremely smooth-talking guy, and made the mistake of mentioning this to my boyfriend. Unsurprisingly, he did not take it well.)

Boyfriend: *exaggeratedly sulks* “I can’t believe you dreamt about another guy.”

Me: “It was completely innocent. I was just amazed at how smooth his lines were.”

Boyfriend: “I can be just as smooth-talking. Don’t see why you’d feel the need to replace me in dreams.”

Me: “Oh, really? Say something super smooth right now.”

Boyfriend: *gazes intently into my eyes* “Your legs.”

(I’ll give him that one!)
