Silencing Your Critics
We repair laptops and computers.
Me: “Welcome back, ma’am. What seems to be the issue with your laptop?”
Customer: “I don’t know what you guys did, but ever since I got my laptop back from here, my speakers haven’t been working properly. I can play my Facebook and YouTube videos just fine but I can’t hear anything from them.”
After a quick look, I am able to identify the culprit.
Me: “Found the issue; your volume was muted.”
The customer blushes a deep color of red.
Customer: “Oh… I must have accidentally pressed the button on my keyboard without realizing it. Thank you.”
Me: “No problem, ma’am. Have a great day!”
The customer, still blushing, walked away.
