(We have a rewards program where the most frequent stayer is assigned a “tier” and given the best room — a suite. Unfortunately, that is on availability only, but some people don’t read the fine print.)
Frequent Stayer: “I want the suite! I’m a frequent stayer!”
Me: “Oh, I’m sorry, but another frequent stayer arrived earlier and he got the suite.”
Frequent Stayer: “Nonsense! I’m the only most frequent stayer!”
Me: “No, there are plenty more.”
Frequent Stayer: *mind blown*
