Things Will Get Ugly

(My boyfriend is playing around and pretending to scratch my face after I told him to scratch my arm for me.)

Me: “Argh, not the face! I don’t want to get scars on my face and become uglier!”

Boyfriend: “Oh, don’t worry, that’s not even possible.”

(Long pause.)

Me: “Did you just say that I’m already so ugly that it isn’t even possible for me to get any uglier?”
