Questionable Behavior, Part 3

I work for an inbound call center, so people call us with requests for a specific service and we fill out a form with them over the phone. The process doesn’t take very long, but some people don’t expect the questions we ask.

This particular customer starts the call irritated with me and only gets more agitated as we go along.

Me: “Okay, so one last question.”

Customer: “You’ve already asked me too many!”

Me: “I’m sorry?”

Customer: “You’ve already asked too many questions. I’m done! Void my request!”

Me: “Umm…”

Customer: *Screaming now* “Do you hear me? No more questions! Don’t you dare ask me any more questions!”

Me: “…”

Customer: *Breathing heavily* 

Me: *Pauses* “Is there anything else I can help you with?”

She hung up on me.
