Putting The Body Into Research

(I ask my boyfriend what his favorite class is this semester. He decides to be cute with his answer.)

Boyfriend: “[My Name] 101.”

Me: “Really? Just 101?”

Boyfriend: “Well, actually it’s [My Name] 605.”

Me: “Working on your master’s thesis?”

Boyfriend: “Yes. It’s [My Name] is Sexy. It’s just a picture of you. And underneath it, QED.”

Me: “What’s your body of research?”

(My boyfriend then bursts out laughing.)

Me: “Oh, god, we flirt nerdily.”
