(The local public schools have a snow day, but my college still has afternoon classes. Because of the school closing, my professor has to bring her four-year-old daughter in. There are three other students in the room, all boys at this point.)
Daughter: “Mommy, are there a lot of boys in this class?”
Professor: “Yes, dear.”
Daughter: “Oh, God…”
