Printer Possession Protocol

I was working as a field tech for an IT outsourcing company, specializing in retail stores. A coworker texts our group chat, having trouble with a reimage (wiping a computer and reloading the operating system and software). I’m at a loss for ideas.

Me: “Have you tried holy water?”

Coworker: “That’s reserved for printers.”
