Coworker #1: “Awwwww.”

Coworker #2: “That’s not the noise you’d make by making a spreadsheet.”

Coworker #1: “No, I’m on Instagram. Look! Someone built a small drone with a cabin so his disabled bird could experience flying again!”

[Coworker #2] and I, both intrigued, walk over to [Coworker #1]’s computer to see an image of a drone, holding a see-through plastic tube (dotted with air holes), containing a bird. It’s attached to a drone, and it’s just… flying through the sky. It looks like a robot bird.

Coworker #1: “That’s so sweet.”

Me: “I really hope that bird isn’t scared.”

Coworker #2: “Imagine the “birds aren’t real” people waking up and seeing this fly past their window.”

Coworker #1: “Okay… before I just liked this, but now, I love it!”
