I’m taking down a guest’s info to set them up with a membership. At this point, the only info I’ve gotten from them is their name.

Me: “All right, what is a good phone number for you?”

Guest: “It’s [number].”

Me: “And your mailing address?”

Guest: “It’s the same.”
