One Door Closes, Another One Stays Hidden

(The front of the restaurant is all glass. I am working the bar when I see a woman appearing to mime her way to the door, which is automatic, by leaning against the glass, and fall in when she reaches it. I’m the first person she sees when she gets up and she stomps up to me.)

Customer: “I WANT TO COMPLAIN!”

Me: “What about, madam?”

Customer: “HIDING YOUR DOORS!”

Me: “The entrance has always been marked with yellow floor tiles in contrast to the black. The doors are also further in, to allow them to slide open and behind the window. The windows also have a dark tint and have a line travelling along them, while the doors are perfectly clear. Lastly, the doors are marked with potted shrubs. Unless you ignored all of this, it is quite easy to find the entrance.”

Customer: “Well… I STILL WANT TO COMPLAIN!”

Me: “I’ll call the owner down.”

(The owner literally could not keep a straight face as she desperately tried to justify not being able to see the entrance, as he had seen the entire thing from the external cameras.)
