‎(I’m playing Lego LOTR. Hubby is upstairs. I thought he was asleep, but he was in the bathroom. We are both pretty big geeks.)

Me: *yelling at my character* “Confound it all, Samwise Gamgee! Stop falling off the platform and get that mithril brick!”

Husband: *walks down the stairs and looks at me* “You are adorable and I love you.”

Me: “Huh?”

Husband: “Not only are you yelling at a video game, you are using correct quote from the movie in which the video game is based. I’m so lucky I married a geek.”
