Okay, But What Do Guys Do At Slumber Parties?

My mom and I are sleeping at my sister’s condo for the night. As we’re playing cards, we have the following conversation.

Mom: “Dad was asking about our ‘slumber party.’ He was asking what it is that girls do. He asked if we braid each other’s hair, paint our nails, and talk about our ‘lady parts.’”

Sister: “What?!”

Me: “What movies has he been watching?”

Mom: “I know, right?”

Later that night, the conversation shifts to childbirth and early menopause.

Me: “Well, I guess Dad is right. We do talk about our ‘lady parts.’”
