Okay, But Do The Cullens Have Any Friends In Minnesota?

I am on a project site with my boss and this guy who just signed a contract to make his company one of our biggest clients. The guy mentions that he’ll be out of town next week because he’s going camping with his wife in Minnesota.

My boss blurts out:

Boss: “Make sure your wife isn’t menstruating because it’ll attract bears.”

I swear to you, there wasn’t an ounce of humor in his voice. He was completely serious. It was almost like he was telling them to remember to bring jackets.

The client just paused, nodded, and acted like it had never happened.
