Oh, Brother!, Part 5

My boyfriend’s mom has just had her eye makeup tattooed on. She sends him and his brother to the store for a couple of things.

It isn’t until my boyfriend and his brother are in the checkout line, receiving funny looks from the clerk, that he realizes that they are two lone men buying nothing but cucumbers and Vaseline, which his mom wants to soothe the swelling from her eyes.

While gesturing to his brother, my boyfriend panics and blurts out:

Boyfriend: “No, it’s okay, he’s my brother!”

He just stops talking, figures there is nothing he can do to salvage the situation, and just accepts the judgment.
