Ignoring The Elephant In The Dream

(My boyfriend and I have been dating for over a year and often talk late at night. One night I fall asleep and this is the conversation we have the next day:)

Boyfriend: “You fell asleep last night.”

Me: “Why do you say that?”

Boyfriend: “You said that you couldn’t hear me because the elephants are in the way. You also asked me to come to you and when I told you I can’t, you said that I can because the tigers left and she won’t eat me.”
