(My girlfriend and I are on the phone late at night, myself being a little sleep-deprived.)
Me: “I love you.”
Girlfriend: “I love you too.”
Me: “You make me feel all warm and fuzzy inside.”
Girlfriend: “Aw, I—”
Me: “Like my intestines have been replaced with a bunch of little kittens.”
Girlfriend: “I… don’t know how I feel about that.”
