Not Even Remotely Possible, Part 2
I work for a company that does IT support for clients.
Client: “We got some new hard drives, and we need you to install them.”
Me: “Okay, I can walk you through the basic hardware setup.”
Client: “No, we need you to do it for us.”
Me: “Okay, I can arrange an on-site visit for tomorrow afternoon.”
Client: “You mean you come here? No, that’s too expensive!”
Me: “Well if you need them working now then you will need to follow my instructions over this call.”
Client: “Can’t you just install them remotely?”
