Needs To Leave A Paper Trail

| Working | December 17, 2016

(I just click on to my sales floor shift. On my way to get a walkie, I spot Manager #1 scanning items and Manager #2 standing nearby. Manager #2 spots me.)

Manager #2: “We have you in A and B tonight. Start in paper corner, since apparently it hasn’t been touched in a few days, and go from there.”

(I nod and grab a walkie. I pass by Manager #1 again, but Manager #2 is no longer there.)

Manager #1: “Oh, [My Name]! You’ll be in A and B tonight.”

Me: “I heard.”

Manager #1: “Starting in paper corner?”

Me: “[Manager #2] told me this right in front of you.”

Manager #1: “I don’t listen. I never listen.”
