Needs Another Kind Of Jacket…  

(An elderly gentleman comes into my store this afternoon at about five minutes before closing. He just stands there so I approach him.)

Me: “Hi. Do you need any help?’

(He stands there looking at me without saying a single word, holding a big bag. This goes on for a few minutes. Finally, he unzips his jacket… and stands there in silence for another five minutes. Then, he zips his jacket back up and slowly walks out the door.)
